Portwyn's coordinators tracked 300 containers each across three spreadsheets and two carrier portals. The old dashboard showed everything with the same weight, so nothing stood out.
The new one opens on exceptions. Late containers sit at the top with the reason in plain words, everything on time folds into a single line, and the lime dot is reserved for the one thing that needs a decision today.
Process note
We sat with four coordinators in Port Klang for a week and timed every search. The 40 second figure is the median from the same four people, on the same tasks, after the launch.
